About Basement Specialists
Since 1997 Basement Specialists has successfully completed over 1,000 residential projects as a licensed General Contractor and Project Manager. We offer everything from basic basement finishes to high-end design complimented by numerous custom features.
Current licenses include Adams County, Arvada, Boulder, Brighton, Broomfield, Dacono, Erie, Golden, Lafayette, Louisville, Loveland, Superior, Thornton and Westminster. Additional licenses can be obtained as necessary.
Basement Specialists is recognized, by testing and proficiency, as a Residential Building Contractor with Class C License. This recognition is established by the International Code Council for Residential Dwellings.

MEET GEORGE
Founder & Managing Director
George Zyznieuski is the founder and Managing Director of Basement Specialists, LLC. For nearly 30 years, George has been making Colorado homes bigger and better by bringing quality and decorative value to the basement finishing and remodeling business. George was born in Chicago, Illinois and received a Bachelor Degree in Technology of Industry from Illinois State University. Majors included Construction Technology and Occupational Safety (OSHA). Minors included Solar Technology, Alternative Energy & Energy Conservation and Electricity/electronics. George has been a resident of Colorado since 1985.
